This Attic is in perfect condition to move into for professional couples, temp or remote workers in a very quiet and familiar area of Ramon y Cajal y Duggi-Los Hoteles... The Attic is comfortable and can accommodate up to 3 people. A portable baby crib can be placed at the smaller room as well. The Attic lays in a comfortable-access building distributed in 5 floors with just one neighbor per stage. ***Notice: The building has an elevator to the 4th floor and then there is one floor stairs to the 5th floor where is located.*** The Attic has an “open concept” kitchen with the family living and dining room that is connected with a cozy terrace with a wooden table, chairs and a hammock to enjoy sun shining when not working! There is a portable AC machine with wheels to use if needed in the sitting rooms but normally the apartment gets fresh air from outside. I have also 2 stand fans, one per room. The 2 bedrooms are situated in the inner part of the Attic, the main room gets lots of light from outside. The other bedroom can be used to work remotely as well. This room has a table and a chair to use it as working space along with a twin bed. The kitchen is fully equipped (pizza-oven, microwave, refrigerator, hob, dishwasher and washing machine) and with appliances and utensils you need on a daily basis. There is limited parking in the area at rush hours but plenty when off high-traffic times in the nearby free parking lot. I do not recommend to park on the Duggi street or other narrow roads in the city to avoid risking scratches or dents. The penthouse is ready for seasonal stays or monthly rentals.
