L’appartamento non era quello Che ho affittato e dopo aver contattato air vbb sono stata rimborsata! Bagno molto sporco, letto piccolo e non matrimoniale, una piccola finestra, un asciugamano e lenzuola già usate. Sconsigliato completamente! La metto non è vicina ma a 0,9 miglio.

On the day before my arrival we were told we had to switch rooms due to maintenance issue with our original room. The same building but a different flat. The studio was nice. Check in was quick and easy had no problems. Fast response to any questions I had or the host may have. On our 2nd day, I received an email regarding maintenance again with this room for measurements of the floor. This shouldn’t be done on our stay. I was upset about this issue because it keeps occurring , whilst our stay. When I had asked can this be done the day we leave the answer was no due to another maintenance issue being done the next day. I communicated with the host regarding the door nobs (toilet & laundry room) are hanging off. The dish washer sponges was dirty too, used shower gel and the night lamp did not work. Overall if I am paying for a service I expect it to be 10/10 as we paid for it. Okay experience. Thanks for having us, would stay again if listen to feedback.

Fantastic trip at Minas. Great clear instructions and easy process for check in. The flat had everything you need for a short stay and was clean and comfortable. Would stay again!
