Great value spot in Tottenham, and would recommend for 5-6 guests, 15 mins walk from nearest tube stops, 2 mins from local shop and 5-10 from supermarket. Easy and flexible to check-in, no problems. Each room had lovely bed, and extra futon in main bedroom which was a plus, along with lots of storage space in this room. Place is very long and next bedroom along the corridor also spacious and clean. Final bedroom is a small box room but works fine for just sleeping. The bathroom is next to this room, with each of these three rooms connected to the outdoor allotment space by doors and windows which was quite unique and a little strange haha but caused no issue. Kitchen living room is big, and garden area too. The place does have quite a few wallpaper/floorboard tears but not a massive problem for short stay. It was noticeable in the bathroom however which could've been a little cleaner in the shower area but overall fine. Thanks very much for the stay, lovely place by Maddie.

The place needs some maintenance the flooring is damaged in places and wouldn’t be suitable for small children, we found it very odd the bathroom didn’t have any curtains on the window this looks out into a lean to which can be accessed from bedroom patio door and a side door. The kitchen is not very well stocked I had to go out and buy a chopping board (one there was wooden and past it’s useable life), pan and wooden utensils, the sink overflow is missing on kitchen sink so had to be careful not to get water through the hole. Some of the table chairs are a bit damaged so not very comfortable. This ground floor flat could be really nice it just needs a little TLC

Great few nights at Maddie house. We’ll be back if we need to be in this area again. Good value, great size yard.
