Great place to stay! Wouldstay again!

Our host couldn’t have done more to make our weekend stay at La Villetta more perfect. This cottage nestled in the hills of beautiful Amador wine country, was absolutely charming, cozy and welcoming. The little touches Sylvia added, vases of fresh flowers, handwritten note, and even homemade doggie biscuits (she knew we had to leave behind our puppy) wrapped with “Mia’s” name on the tag. The breakfast brought to our garden patio was delicious and picture perfect…with the surrounding views we felt that we’d been transported to Tuscany! Sylvia and her husband were just outstanding hosts and there is no doubt we will be returning to this beautiful villa for a quiet, peaceful getaway.

Sylvia's place is gorgeous! Cute, comfortable, clean. We ordered breakfast, a nosh board, and dinner. Everything was delicious. I also booked a 90 minute massage which was a perfect addition. It a wonderful and relaxing getaway.

This was my second time staying with Sylvia and Joe, and it's still perfect. Keep in mind, you're 30 minutes from the nearest (very small) town and grocery store, there's no TV, and I had trouble getting a signal on my phone (Syvia said I need wi fi), so you can get pretty isolated. I rode my bike, read books, and watched Acorn on my computer. If that's what you're looking for, this place is ideal.

Sylvia’s place is everything described and more! The location is gorgeous, off the beaten path (as described) and an absolutely lovely oasis in the middle of the beautiful Amador County countryside. As many have said, the actual location and sweet little detached cottage are even better than the pictures describe. You walk in to a beautifully and thoughtfully decorated space, complete with cold water and a few other beverages to start you off. The fresh farm eggs and chocolates and select restaurant / vineyard suggestions are a lovely touch. We decided to take advantage of the in-house massage services offered with pre-arrangement from the host, and this was SUCH A TREAT! The artisan breakfast basket offered on our first morning was absolute heaven, as we enjoyed this out in the private courtyard. I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb. It’s worth every penny and we can’t wait to return! Book it now!
