We had the most amazing stay at 1308 bay Ave! The house is GORGEOUS (I am a real estate agent and see LOTS of houses!), had more than enough space and bedrooms for us, was so clean and inviting! We had a great time riding bikes to the local bagel shop in the mornings and were close enough to town to walk to our son's wedding rehearsal dinner! The location is perfect-we explored 3 different beaches (one in Bay Head, Pt Pleasant, and Asbury Park), tried several different restaurants, and most importantly, we were close to our son and daughter in law's wedding venue at Crystal Point Yacht Club. The wedding was THE reason we were here, and this home suited all of our needs more than perfectly! I would highly recommend!

I was looking for a house near the ocean so that my family and my sister's family could enjoy a week together near the water. I wanted a place that would feel roomy and comfortable for nine of us, where we could all be together but still have some privacy. Abigale's house definitely fit the bill. It's a lovely, spacious house with plenty of room for everyone to be together but still have space when they want to be alone. It's a pleasant walk to two lovely beaches. . . or a quick bike ride, since the house has plenty of bicycles for everyone. The house has lovely, beach-y decor, with a well-appointed kitchen and lots of towels and linens. There was really nothing we needed to bring other than ourselves and our beach clothes. We had a wonderful week there. I would definitely recommend it!

Abigale was a great host and her house worked perfect for our family of 11, (3 children, 8 adults) The Frog was set up like a small studio apt. Bed, couch, fridge and full bath, separate from the main living area, it was my Brother and his Girlfriend loved it. (as they are the night owls) The rest of the house was spacious, great dining table and couch in allowed seating for all, The "master" bedroom was great large and bed was comfy. the upstairs "sitting" room (that connects to another bedroom) was the Three 7 year old's space, and they loved it. There were 4 smart Tv"s but they didn't' get used much by us, The patio was great with Grill and table with 6 chairs, the Fire pit has 6 chairs as well. The yard is nicely landscaped. Did I mention the Train? yes 5 or 6 times a day the train goes by, but you don't hear it as its on a U- turn, so it goes slow and no horn. 6 min bike ride to the main strip of stores and restaurants, Out of space but would love to write more! 5 *****

This house was the perfect spot for several families to stay together while traveling for dance nationals. We had plenty of sleeping options, showers and bathrooms. Location was wonderful. Host was fabulous :)

Bay Head is a charming town. This rental is just perfect--albeit a bit expensive.
