Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. We are a 6.5 mile drive to Pt. Pleasant Boardwalk. A 4.5 Mile drive to Brick beach. Truly perfect for young families. There is a lovely play area/Swingset for kids in our back yard and a nice patio, hot tub, fire pit, grill & built in swimming pool. Our new outdoor gazebo features a 50 inch flatscreen television with dining area and seating for plenty. There is plenty of shopping plazas in town. Close to all food shopping lidl, aldi & stop&shop.

This is our fulltime home. We rent out the home when we are able to be away. All guests (besides children) must be ages 27 and up to book (besides children staying with their parents). THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOME. We rent mainly to families or small groups of friends who are responsible and considerate of our home and nearby neighbors. Guests are asked to bring towels, sheets and pillowcases. We have pillows and blankets for each bed.
