La pergolas ti fa sentire nel cuore di Lanzarote in ogni senso. Arredata con gran gusto, dotata di ogni confort, persino del cielo stellato. Ben collegata con ogni zona dell' isola. Mi dispiace solo essere rimasta per due giorni. Spero di tornarci. grazie

Las Pergolas was a fabulous find. Ironically, though, it was a bit tricky to locate, the sat nav took us somewhere else, so would recommend using your mobile app. Beautiful property, which looks even better in real life. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Stayed in apt Puerto de Callero, which had its own garden, with a huge dining area and sunbeds. The communal areas are also beautiful, even having a kitchen and barbeque area, if you decide to cook for yourselves. It's so peaceful, away from the crowds and definitely a must if you like to sample a more traditional dwelling rather than a big hotel. Big shout out to Alex, who was charming, very helpful, and kind enough to let us have a late checkout to make the most of the property. Complementary wine, bottles of water, coffee, and toiletries are also worth a mention. The property is in Tias, a residential area, but it takes no time to get anywhere on the island, including just minutes to the airport. Will return!!

Todo fue muy bien en las Pergolas, amplio y espacioso. Zonas comunes con todo lo necesario, incluso lavadora. Franco fue atento con las dudas.

We stayed in Tias with Franco at Las Pergolas Villa Rural for 6 nights at the end of December. Our Villa was beyond spacious with 2 extra living spaces + an expansive outdoor patio (w/ large dining table and sun loungers). A highlight was the most comfortable bed I've slept on in years! Alex, is the caretaker, and someone we'd met on a previous stay in Lanzarote. He's incredibly kind and attentive and made our stay even more comfortable. The apartments are serviced every couple of days and the villa looked after daily. It's walkable to the centre of town in under 20 min for groceries or restaurants and in a central location to anywhere on the island. We may have also been a little lucky in that none of the other guests seemed interested in the shared kitchen space so we had that all to ourselves for the entire week! For some having to constantly move groceries and dishware to cook and clean (there are no sinks for dishes inside your villa) might be an issue, but it worked well for us.
