Beautifully presented villa with home comforts (complimentary toiletries, necessities and drinks) along with comfy beds and crisp linens - a boutique hotel experience. Coupled with recommendations for outings, restaurants and local amenities, we had a super week - thank you, Hattie!

We loved our stay! Great location, clean space and lovely outdoors area. The kids loved the pool, having it heated was great for the youngest and the steps and depth were perfect.

We stayed at the villa as a family of 4 with 2 children aged 9 and 7. The villa was perfect for us - there is plenty of space, with a huge outdoor kitchen/lounge area nicely in the shade, plenty of space inside the house with a big TV and high speed internet, and a large garden for the children to play in. There are two swings not shown in the photos, and the play house was very cool, even our 9 year old had fun playing in it! We really enjoyed the swimming pool which was heated to a very comfortable temperature and was safe for the kids with a gentle slope from a shallow end. The area is really peaceful with no noisy neighbours, and it's walkable to Tias where there is a nice local restaurant and a supermarket. We'd definitely recommend this villa.

Wir haben als Familie 10 schöne Ferientage in Tias bei Hattie verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, gut mit dem Mietwagen zu erreichen und sehr schön aufgeteilt. Hattie ist eine nette Gastgeberin und hat uns mit Infos für die Insel versorgt. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung hätten wir uns besser gewünscht. Wir kochen sehr gerne und hätten uns eine bessere Auswahl, Qualität und einen besseren Zustand der Utensilien gewünscht und erwartet bei dem doch recht ordentlichen Preis. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.
