The exclusive Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen is just a 5 minute stroll to the old town of Puerto del Carmen, with its Harbour area and many shops, bars and restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to the long sandy beaches. There is also Lanzarotes new golf course.
Puerto del Carmen is the largest and most established resort in Lanzarote and is a good base for a superb holiday. Whether it´s a family day relaxing at the beach or a family outing enjoying one of the many excursions the Island has to offer.
Explore the lovely old town or shop till you drop in the many stores. This original fishing village still retains much of its charm and is home to some lovely bars as well as harbour-side restaurants serving delicious seafood dishes.
The villa is ideally located, just a short walk away from the main shops, restaurants and the idilic Old Town Harbour.

I came to Lanzarote in 1984 with my wife and two children, from Florida in the U.S.A. We were looking for an all year round summer climate back in Europe and I chose Lanzarote for that reason. Working in Real Estate for over 32 years and living in Lanzarote, I feel it is a very special unique Island.
