Within the first 15 minutes of being on property, the exact words out of my mouth were “worth every penny”. I can’t imagine why someone wouldn’t want to live there full time. It was a dream come true. The property is beautifully laid out, the houses were nice. I could have spent all day in that living room looking out at the view. We’re already talking about booking the house again for a family vacation. We only had 4 adults and one toddler and had soooo much room. Highly recommend. I will be transparent and say there could be more attention to detail with cleaning. The primary bedroom in the main house (while it was a beautiful and spacious shower) it did have mold in it. And you can just tell the place doesn’t get a deep cleaning every once in a while. But still highly recommend for a weekend stay. The beds were comfortable, but maybe bring your own pillow if you have a picky neck like mine. Also be mindful of the wildlife droppings around the patio in the backyard.

We had a great experience staying at this location. The property is spacious with beautiful views and all the amenities. Getting in the cabins was not super straight forward as the keys to the cabins were not at the pre-described location and we had to do a little bit of searching to find the right set of keys, though not impossible. It was easy to reach a Vacasa specialist in case of any questions and the property was well managed. We did not use cabin A as we didn’t need it and also the lights weren’t working at that time.

The house was very well kept, super beautiful and big! The two other cabins were nice, definitely had little bit of different themes which was cool.

The property is in a private location with a beautiful view of the lake. However, the listing did not suggest that the rooms would be in different buildings. I was under the impression it was all in one main house, I only realised this fact during check in. Also, I experienced struggle with unlocking the different rooms as well, this could have been smoother. Otherwise, this is perfect for a group weekend getaway in Spicewood!

It was a very beautiful place! We wish we can stay longer but somebody had booked it the next day. Overall, it was a peaceful place and very spacious.
