Jay was a great host and a great communicator! My family and I were looking for a place to stay a few nights away from the city and the house was perfect!! Our kids loved the pool and pretty much stayed in the pool most of the time. The lower level area with the games was also a big hit. The place was in great condition with all the amenities needed for a cozy stay. We did have one mishap with one of the neighbors but Jay handled the situation very well and quickly followed up with us.

We had the perfect family vacation in this beautiful home. The view is breathtaking, the pool was so fun for the whole family and we felt right at home in this perfectly decorated, cozy and clean home. I highly recommend booking this house for your next vacation with family or friends.

I highly recommend a stay at this gorgeous property. My wife and I met a few of our friends and family in Austin for the MotoGP race and stayed there for a long weekend, it easily accommodated all 11 of us with a little room to spare. The pool and spa area are amazing and very well upkept. The sunsets are awesome from the the back porch as well. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I would encourage anyone looking at this property to go ahead and book it, you will not regret it!

the perfect place for a family of 10. And Jay was super flexible and really saved us on short notice. If I ever come back to Texas, I would definitely go here again! Great and quick communications, beautiful surroundings, and perfect house with lots to do and enjoy.

Overall, the entire stay was great. The house was as advertised with all the amenities. Jay the host, was extremely responsive & great help with anything we needed. The pool was a hit for the family, great size and fun for the kids. Will want to stay here again in the future!
