The best option for a single traveler in venice!very nice couple, smooth communication ! The apt is located in a quiet and authentic area, close to the center but much more peaceful. Ale is passionate about the city and organizes kayak tours - a once in a lifetime experience :)

Where to start: Ale and Niccolo picked me up at the train station and then we walked together to their place. It was the best arrival one could imagine, they even invited me to eat dinner with them (Risotto). The location is perfect (far from the crowds but easy to reach everything) and the apartment is in a very beautiful courtyard. The terrace is big and pretty although I was so much out that I didn’t really use it. The most amazing experience in Venice was to go kayaking with Niccolo, it’s so much fun to discover the canals and Laguna like that. We chatted a lot and they allowed me to practice my Italian, however many mistakes I would do. I really really recommend to stay at their place.

Ale ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und sehr bemüht. Die Wohnung war stets sehr sauber. Die Wohnung liegt ca 30 minFussweg vom Markusplatz entfernt, aber so habe ich andere Seiten von Venedig kennengelernt. Von der Lage her ist die Unterkunft empfehlenswert. Das Zimmer selber ist klein, aber okay. Gerne könnte es eine bessere Bettdecke geben. Die Bettdecke besteht aus mehreren kleinen Decken, die übereinander gelegt werden und gerne während der Nacht verrutschen. Das Zimmer hat einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon, so wie auf dem Bild zu sehen ist. Allerdings war es jetzt im April zu kalt, um sich dort längere Zeit aufzuhalten. Für 2 Übernachtungen finde ich die Unterkunft okay.
