The location doesn't get any better in Venice, and Matteo is an outstanding host--he made every aspect of navigating the city easy and had excellent restaurant and bar recommendations off the beaten track. The apartment itself is huge with all the amenities you can think of. If you want an authentic Venetian experience, this is the place.

Oh my gosh!!!!! Highlight of our two week stay in Europe. Amazing location, stunning views of canals with gondolas going by. Very special moments as opera singers would be singing in some of the gondolas as they went by our window!!! Does life get better than this? Very comfortable bed. Two full bathrooms, kitchen fully equipped, Prosecco and fresh water bottle in the fridge made us feel so welcome!!! Matteo was extremely helpful and accommodating and his restaurant recommendations were incredible! Thank you Matteo for one of the best air Bnb’s ever!!!!!!!!

Our stay at Matteo's place was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn't have been better - right at the center of the city but at the same time very peaceful and secluded. The views were unbeatable - seeing the gondolas pass by right from the unit was truly a magical experience. The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable bed and spacious living area. What truly set this Airbnb apart, though, was the incredible responsiveness of Matteo. From the moment we booked until the end of our stay, they were always available to answer any questions we had and provide helpful tips and recommendations. Their warmth and hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated all the effort they put into ensuring we had a fantastic experience. Highly recommend Matteo's place if you are looking for a great place in Venice!
