Charming apartment on the second floor of a building with an elevator. The house consists of an entrance hall; a living room with balcony furnished with table, sofa and television; a bathroom complete with all sanitary facilities and washing machine; independent kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave and table; and finally, two bedrooms both with queen-size bed and one with balcony. Our guests will have additional amenities such as: independent heating, air conditioning system and free wi-fi. We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with the locals. Great location, excellent communication. Spacious
Wonderful stay in Venice for our family of four. The apartment has multiple floor to ceiling windows that face the canal. It is easily within a 5 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. It is surrounded by so many restaurants, gelato/ coffee shops and boutiques. The Host is very responsible and even sent clear directions with a map prior to arrival. The check-in process was also easy.
Great location and easy to find. Host would not respond when asked if we could check in early, but continued to send emails and texts wanting to know what time we would arrive. Very annoying.

Todo bien, solo que el proceso de hacer check-in es demasiado tedioso. Te piden que digas de que vuelo vienes, cuando te vas del país, por cual medio te vas, el número de vuelo, pasaporte de todos, donde viven, y casi lo que comieron hoy por la mañana. Por lo demás todo OK.

The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists from all over the world every day.
The most famous local event is definitely the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.
Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.
The lodging is a half-hour walk from Santa Lucia train station and less than 50 minutes by transport from Venice Marco Polo airport.
