Recently renovated, elegant apartment on the ground floor of a building with a private courtyard overlooking Rio San Severo. The apartment consists of an entrance hall; a living room with a sofa and dining room; a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and microwave; two bedrooms, one with a single bed and one with a queen-sized bed; and finally, a bathroom with a shower completes the layout. There is a sofa bed in the house. The building does not have an elevator. Our guests will have additional amenities such as Free wifi, a washing machine, air conditioning, heating, a television, and a hair dryer. We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with the locals. We loved our stay here, perfect location. My kids loved looking out the window and seeing gondolas on the canal. The apartment was not easy to find we were out in the rain trying to find the location and difficult to access the locks. But overall it was a great stay and would highly recommend.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir sind abends in Venedig angekommen und es war nicht einfach zu finden, trotz der Anweisung. Tagsüber merkten wir wie einfach ist es zu finden. Mit dem Tor gab es kleine Probleme aber das haben die Gastgeber gelöst. Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Sauber. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter 👌

The most famous local event is definitely the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.
Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.
The lodging is a half-hour walk from Santa Lucia train station and less than 50 minutes by transport from Venice Marco Polo airport.
