This stylish and spacious apartment is overlooking a picturesque canal full of lively bars & restaurants. A private street door leads you into a ground floor utility area and upstairs you enter into a stunning architect-designed space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen + dining area, an elegant lounge, 2 large bedrooms with super-king beds and 2 bathrooms, one with a luxurious free-standing bath. We can arrange private wine tasting tours on request with a trained local sommelier. It's a gem! A private street door leads you into a fully equipped ground floor utility area. Upstairs you enter into a stunning architect-designed space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen + dining area with canal views, a separate elegant lounge with a smart tv and sofa bed also with canal views. There are 2 large bedrooms with super-king beds and 2 spacious bathrooms, one with a luxurious free-standing bath. We also have a single fold up bed in the main bedroom. The bedrooms are situated at the rear of the property for privacy and peace. The property is 130 sqm and is fully air-conditioned.

What a beautiful stay… and what a place the hostesses have made! You could not ask for a more stunning home to stay in, surrounded by busy restaurants, cafes, tourist spots and all literally on your doorstep. The canal in front is like a real life TV and we actually sat there for hours whilst the baby slept and embraced it all. The beds are so cofortable that they will tempt you of not getting up, but then you remind yourself you don’t want to miss a moment in this fairytale town… The apartment itself was immaculate and well equiped and a lovely “manual” for some tips and recommendations during your stay- (a very nice touch). Everything is in walking distance and you will not be dissapointed. A cafe to the right as you go out, a gelateria to the left also about 5 mins walk-“perfecto”… Thank you ladies, and we will definately be back, and highly recommend- Grazie mille x
Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans l’appartement de Sarah. L’emplacement est très agréable, près de bonnes adresses, à l’écart des zones les plus touristiques. L’appartement est très bien décoré et équipé. C’était parfait !
Es war eine traumhaft schöne Unterkunft für unseren ersten Besuch in Venedig. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll, liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist perfekt, mittendrin, mit tollen Cafés und Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Der Kotakt war sehr freundlich, angenehm, unkompliziert und flexibel. Es hat einfach alles perfekt gepasst!
Wow! Words cannot describe accurately how amazing this apartment is. We spent nearly 2 weeks in Italy and stayed at several Airbnb's and this was by far the best one. The layout of the apartment, a soaking tub after a long day of sightseeing, and every small detail (the availability of USB charging ports in the bedrooms), I could go on and on. The location is perfect - away from the noise/crowds and with so many close by restaurants and cafes, we always had the start and end of our day easily planned. Several fruit stands and markets are also within 5 minutes. Paola was a true gem in helping us get checked in. Be sure to read the note about the local tax that needs to be collected - wasn't an issue but does require a small amount of euros. Our family of 5 would stay here again in an instant and even after returning home, we are still talking about how amazing our stay was. If it is available, book it now!
Everything was perfect. This is such a beautiful, very spacious apartment! I can't recommend it enough - we were there with 3 little ones, it worked really well for us. Loved the location as well, further from the main tourist spots but we prefer it that way!

Located in the north of the city, lies the dynamic district (sestiere) of Cannaregio. One of Venice’s liveliest neighbourhoods, this spot has it all with its buzzing nightlife, cafes and restaurants. Offering a slice of genuine Venetian life, this apartment is situated on Fondamenta Ormensini, (above a bar), and is one of the best spots to sip on an Aperol Spritz. Walk along the picturesque canals and you’ll be spoilt for choice in Venice’s top restaurants, including Al Timon for steak, or Paradiso Perduto for fresh seafood and live music. If you’re in the mood for some cooking in our fully fitted kitchen, then look no further than the local supermarket, Teatro Italia, the Neo-Gothic style cinema now converted into a grocery store, retaining its former splendid glory. The apartment is a short 8 minute walk to the boat stop Madonna Dell'Orto, or a 8-10-minute walk to the Guglie stop. It's a 3-minute walk to the fascinating Jewish Ghetto, a 15- minute walk to the Rialto Bridge, a 20 minute walk to the train station (Santa Lucia) and a 20 minute walk or so to St Marks Square.
The apartment is in a short walking distance to all amenities. Located an 8 minute walk to the boat stop Madonna Dell'Orto, or a 8-10-minute walk to Guglie. The boat stop at Madonna Dell'Orto can take you to the airport by boat in around 30 minutes. From the front door, it's a 3-minute walk to the fascinating Jewish Ghetto, a 15- minute walk to the Rialto Bridge, a 20 minute walk to the train station (Santa Lucia) and a 20 minute walk or so to St Marks Square. There are plenty of excellent grocery food shops within a 5 minute walk and some of our favourite restaurants are within a 3 minute walk away! You can park a car close to the Santa Lucia train station where there is also an extensive bus station taking you to many destinations.
