The flat is ecologic , at first floor, the view is on the Canal of cannaregio .There is always light ,all day and in all seasons . I designed mostly of the forniture , you will find also Kartell , Seletti , Frauflex Kaws I will ask you 100 euro for the cleaning of the flat the day of your arrive , also i will ask 4 euro for person a day for the tourist tax ( that payment need to be separeted otherwise i pay tax and fees on it ) The water is filtered ,linen sheets of high quality. There are 3 suites each one with its bathroom, suite blu , suite green and suite pink , the dining room, The green suite and the pink suite have the view on the canal , the blu suite has the view on a garden there is also another bathroom

Departamento cercano a la estación de tren (600mt), muy limpio y cómodo.
Wonderful place! Silvia has impeccable taste and the home exudes it. She was extremely responsive, helping us all along the way. The home itself has everything you need to have a great stay. Would definitely recommend the place.
Silvia’s place is in a great location-away from the crowds with a real local flavor. The place was very clean, all the supplies that you need and is centrally located to vaporetta and train station!
Perfect AirBnB for Venice! It is in a great location, close enough to walk everywhere without it being in a loud or busy area. The canal views from the apartment are beautiful. Silvia was an amazing host, very responsive to messages and gave local recommendations. The apartment is super clean and had everything we needed. I also appreciated how easy it is to access the apartment. I highly recommend staying here!

We are in the most authentic part of Venice , near the historical Jewish Ghetto
In the area you will find a lot of good restaurants, fondamenta Ormesini is close and there you will find also a lot of Venetian typical pubs were drink a good glass of wine and eat “cichetto “, few step and you are in Madonna del l’orto church were are several Tintoretto paintings
The flat is 30 metres from the vaporetto’s stop ( is the local water bus ) that brings you from/ to airport , train station, San marco square , Murano , Biennale , Rialto etc , basically if you don’t want to walk a lot is the perfect location
