Cet appartement de deux chambres est situé dans un quartier calme. Le quartier est très beau et à l’abri dès itinéraires touristiques avec commerces et petits restaurants sympa autour. L’appartement est grand ce qui est très appréciable. Pour les - L’extérieur manque d’intimité, l’appartement manque de fenêtres sur l’extérieur et les douches sont un peu vieillottes. Un grand +++ pour la qualité de la gestion de notre arrivée entièrement organisée par Simon le contact sur place de Thomas. Nous sommes arrivés à minuit avec 3 enfants et tout était organisé; taxi à l’aéroport, Virginie pour nous ouvrir, lits faits. En résumé, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et je recommande.

La casa è all'interno di una corte dove c'è una galleria di arte moderna, la posizione è lungo un canale molto tranquillo, però cmq ad un paio di "calli" a piedi per raggiungere una zona con baretti, e caffè molto carini. la casa è confortevole, calda di inverno, spaziosa e in un posto assolutamente particolare, elegante e silenzioso. la persona che ci ha fatto fare il check in (Simone) è stata molto ospitale, piena di consigli, flessibile. molto molto consigliata. il quartere poi è assolutamente magnifico.

The best place to stay in Venice. Family of 5 with grandparents (total of 7) had a great stay. The host was welcoming. He showed the place around and explained things in detail. The place is in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. There’s a main gate, a building door, another entrance door to the complex, and finally the front door. We felt very safe throughout our stay. The large open living room-dining room was amazing. We could relax, talk, eat, and play board games. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. Heating was superb (we visited during Christmas time) and you could customize by adjusting radiators in each room. Grandparents wanted their rooms warmer and the kids wanted cooler temperature— everyone was happy. The kitchen had everything we need but a coffee maker but there are many options in walking distance. Great restaurants are near by and 2 grocery stores are 6-8min walk. Basilica San Marco was about 20min walk. We’d love to visit Venice again and stay here. Thank you!

Excellent location, out of the busy tourist areas but close enough to access restaurants and shops. Overall we enjoyed the stay.
