Un lugar hermoso, solamente un poco lejos del centro, nos costó un poco de trabajo trasladarnos y más con una bebé, si vas en pareja es totalmente recomendado! Definitivamente lo recomiendo un lugar muy bonito.

I had a great weekend at Alberto’s apartment. The apartment is spacious, and it really felt like a home away from home. The location is beautiful, it’s quiet and you are away from the busy tourist hotspots which means you are surrounded by local restaurants. And if you feel like going to see the sights it’s only a 30 mins walk! All in all a great place to stay when you are in Venice.

The check-in process was easy (with clear instructions on how to find the unit and obtain the keys). The unit is darker than pictures portrayed. The rooms were spacious and a pack & play toddler bed and booster seat was set up for us upon arrival. Unfortunately, there was an ant issue due to food crumbs left on the floor and on the first night, we noticed there was no hot water when we went to shower. The host was quick to respond and sent someone to look at it but because the issue could not be resolved, we had to pack everything up (at night with a toddler) and move to another unit nearby for the rest of our stay. We liked that the unit was bigger (3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms) but it wasn't as homey as the one we signed up for and didn't have the private terrace (which we were looking forward to using). The location of the unit is great - away from the noise but only 2-3 streets away from all the restaurants, shops and bars.

06.03.24 We have just returned from a lovely weekend stay in Venice. This apartment was lovely and as described and seen in the pictures. Clean, tidy and comfortable. The hosts sent information promptly and recommended some places to go and also how to get around Venice. This apartment is away from the hustle and bustle and is about a 20 minute walk into the more busy areas but this meant we actually saw more as we were walking to and from the apartment. It is located near a few bars but the restaurants were further in. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Venice a second time around! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Nette Gegend , Schiffsverkehr und Supermarkt um die Ecke . Bei der Ausstattung ist noch Luft nach oben .
