房子很宽敞，很适合多人入住，但是被单不干净，两个晚上都是直接穿衣服睡觉，没有盖被子，还好暖气还很暖和

We were stunned with this spot. Very spacious, we almost thought we would get lost in all the rooms :) perfect location - we did not need to walk longer than 25 minutes to see all the important landmarks. The apartment was clean and we had the most important utilities. The spot was extremely hot when we arrived, but we were able to adjust the temperature right away. I appreciate remote checkin and checkout, the instructions on how to get to the apartment and how to access it were clear. One thing that I needed to get used to was excessive automated communication. These days you immediately assume it might be scam - when you receive some additional links to tourist tax, signing rental agreement etc. I needed to do some double check to be sure it's all safe. So maybe a hint which steps to expect once the reservation is confirmed would do the trick. So the guests know what to expect and can be sure they in fact talk to the host. But all in all - the experience was great!

Overall the place was good. Very spacious and comfortable. My only negative feedback was that the location was hard to locate and since you book through an agency it’s VERY hard to communicate with them. I called their phone and they wouldn’t answer either. It’s not like other airbnb where you chat directly with the host and ask for recommendations etc. This agency hardly replies. But once we got settled in, it was a nice location and we would just ask locals for recommendations.

The apartment is very difficult to locate, even though I'd read the reviews warning me of it. If they'd give the address of the little restaurant on the corner as a helpful landmark, maybe it'd be easier. No GPS on our phones could locate it properly. We had to contact the property managers by phone. But, once you get there, it's large, and airy, and comfortable. 4 bathrooms, floor to ceiling windows that overlook a canal, comfy beds and a beautiful kitchen (note there are no food stuffs at all). A large family or a group of friends could easily stay here if they put a bed up in the loft.
