We had a lovely stay at Rosalinde's apartment. It's a lovely, light space to relax in and has all the essentials needed for a comfortable home away from home experience. The location is excellent and Valentina has great recommendations on how to make the most of your time in Venice. We'd definitely stay again in future!

The property itself is nice. Great location and very clean. Lots of restaurants nearby. However there is a weird neighbor who shushes us for literally everything which felt stressful. Additionally the process and the communication could have been better. The property management charged us cleaning fee and tax off platform which I was not very comfortable with but still complied to. When she asked to collect the money we were told to leave the money in the property so that she could enter when we were away(which felt a bit like privacy intrusion tbh). This had led to an incident as well, she broke the lock with her key and could not open anymore. We were kept outside for abt 5 hours, and the carpenter she found(not sure why not a locksmith) did a poor job that basically destroyed the door. We spent the last night at the property but feeling like camping. The next morning, without warning, people came to the house at 9, trying to “fix things”. Nice house, unpleasant experience overall.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. Hadn't stayed in this part of Venice before but it was wonderful. Away from the dense touristy areas like the Rialto, but easy to get everywhere - either by walking or vaparetto. Many great restaurants and stores nearby. The host has a great set of local recommendations. The apartment was just as pictured. Super clean and comfortable. Our daughter loved her room. The wood ceilings were stunning. We weren't able to use the little sitting area on the balcony due to rain while we were there, but just loved all the little touches in this place. Would stay here again!
