Recently renovated, stylish bungalow surrounded by private garden and parking. Centrally located close to Lytham, St Annes and Fairhaven Lake. Just a short walk to local shops with cafes, bakery, post office and newsagents. A huge cosy main lounge with TV, netflix, prime and stocked with various board games, toys and plenty of seating. A further lounge/dining room and two luxurious bedrooms. Great for accessing all the surrounding golf courses and perfect for families or group trips. The bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room with seating for 6 or 5 with a high chair (with prior notice) and a sofa/chaise. 2 large bedrooms both furnished with luxury Superkingsize beds with a further sofabed in the main lounge which can also be closed off to use as an additional bedroom. Bedroom 2 can be configured as 2 singles beds or one superking (superking is the default) To the rear of the property there is a utility/boot room and private rear garden ideal for a quiet glass of wine after a day at the beach or lakes

Loved the accommodation, peaceful location but not far from shops and amenities. Claire was a great host would definitely stay again.
Claire was extremely responsive and helpful. The house fitted the bill perfectly for our week's holiday in Lytham. One morning it was so cold the heating kicked in which was a lovely surprise. The house had everything we needed and was extremely clean. Thank you Claire
Lovely, spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean bungalow in a quiet residential area. I stayed for a few days with a friend and her elderly mum so everything being on one level was essential. We all enjoyed our stay and commented on how clean and tidy it was. Great location and perfect communication from Claire. I would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate staying again. We had a couple of meals and drinks at The Blossoms pub, which is just a short walk or drive around the corner and very reasonably priced.
This house was perfect for a quick stay near Blackpool, which was 10 mins drive away. The house was spotless and very comfy.
Loved the place! Had a fabulous stay. recommend it to anyone, especially families. Lots of space in the property and Ideal location. We definitely be back!

The bungalow is situated in the heart of Ansdell, between Lytham and Lytham St Annes which are both just a short 5 minute drive away or a few stops on the bus.
The house is a stroll away from Ansdells Woodland road and all the local shops, cafes, bakery, post office, newsagents and lovely Ansdell institute located there.
The train station is also on woodlands road which is perfect if you want to leave the car at home and take the one stop trip to lytham for shopping or to enjoy the bustling Lytham nightlife and many delicious restaurants or 1 stop in the other direction to Lytham St Anne's for a day at the beach.
There are several world famous golf courses that surround the area and Fairhaven Lake is within walking distance for paddle boarding, sailing or bird enthusiasts.
Blackpool is just a 10/15 minute drive away with all its many attractions, the tower, beach, Sealife, Stanley park and the zoo to mention just a few and there is easy access to the motorway for day trips to the lake district, dales, Manchester Trafford centre and Southport.

Hi there, I am from Lytham and live with my husband (Tim), 2 boys (both under 3) and Samson the family dog. We balance our time between our main home in Winslow and holiday home in Lytham so that we and the boys get the best of both worlds enjoying the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside and the sea air and all that the Fylde coast has to offer as well as spending quality time with both our families. Hosting became a part of our life story after many weekends taking several hours to pack potties, travel cots, highchairs etc to drive for hours then try and make our holiday lets child friendly with blackout blinds, stair gates, boxing up glass ornaments and fitting temp child locks. We are passionate about creating stylish comfortable yet child safe spaces and we are looking forward to hosting you and your family / friends. We hope we have created a spacious fun home from home that you can enjoy knowing the little touches have been taken care of and you don't need to pack a million things before you travel.
