I can't rate Hayley and her house highly enough. Hayley was helpful from start to finish, especially so since I was staying with my elderly and quite disabled parents, as well as a 9 year old. Hayley went above and beyond to make sure all was well and as comfortable as possible. We had a delivery of medication to arrange and Hayley was extremely flexible and accommodating. The house itself is remarkable - high functioning, spacious and very easy to settle into and feel right at home. Nothing at all to fault. We all really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. Oh, and the beach and sand dunes are a stone's throw away - a joy for me and my kid!

We've stayed in St Anne's many many times but always in hotels. Was great to find a place we can bring our dog to. The house was perfectly located with free parking outside on the street (we have a large vehicle which wouldn't fit round the back but a car would be fine). The house was really big with the addition of a downstairs loo brilliant. The kitchen was beautiful and new and the utility room brilliant. The lounge was functional but dated furniture albeit totally useable. The 3rd bedroom with the bunk was small so our children had to put their bags, clothes etc in our room and get dressed with us but that was fine. Older kids may struggle. The outside space was great for our pup and the brilliant Ashton park was right on our doorstep which was brilliant. Being able to walk into st Anne's and to the beach was great and sainsburys super close too. Overall a great stay and we would return. Thank you!

Had a lovely stay, the house was just as presented in the photos, clean, comfortable and spacious. Plenty of room for 5 of us. It is so much bigger than it appears from the front of the house. Great location, easy to find and park and very responsive host. Thank you!
