Lorraine's place is well situated, value for money and just as listed. The use of the pool makes the stay, and the welcome basket is very much appreciated. Check in was easy and Lorraine was available when required

Thank you for a great stay. The swimming pool and hot tub were great and it was a real treat to have them to ourselves! The breakfast food hamper was a welcome addition. Thank you Lorraine, we will definitely return!

With the beach right on the doorstep this location is perfect for a relaxing break. You're a 10 min walk from St. Annes town centre where you'll find the usual shops and pubs. Check out the side streets for little bars where you can sit outside and enjoy the sun. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. It's home from home. Gift basket with a complimemtary bottle of prosecco in the fridge for our birthday girl; Lorraine makes sure you're settled in for your first night. The piece de resistance is obviously the pool and hot tub. There are toliets, changing rooms and showers at the pool area. Theres a T.V and speaker so you can hook your playlist up whilst you relax and lark about in the pool. We had the best stay ever. I would recommend 100% and wouldn't hesitate to book again. A perfect place to chill and relax👌

We had a great stay here as a family of six over New Year. Lorraine was very responsive and always on hand. The place was very tidy and clean and we had full use of the pool area for the 2 days we were there. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this place to others.
