Juha was a great host and communicated efficiently dealing with any queries promptly. I absolutely loved my stay on the yacht. Guests should know the shared spaces are quite confined and in close proximity to all other bedrooms making it difficult to use the bathroom or kitchen without disturbing other guests. I would prefer not to share the yacht with strangers as it is too close for comfort Juha prefers you use the public showering and toilet facilities on the pier. These facilities are prestine and only 2 mins walk from the yacht In summary I loved my stay but would only be prepared to share with friends or family.

Juha is a very helpful host who clearly loves being on the water and wants other people to enjoy it too. The location is pretty unique for an airbnb in Dubai - right in the Palms and at the heart of the city, and yet quiet and peaceful. Ideal for those who like messing about on boats but also want to see the city from a great perspective.

I met up with Juha right after I got in Dubai so that he could show me the boat. He was flexible with meeting time (8am) which I appreciated. The boat was comfortable and well-equipped. The marina is very quiet in the morning and at night, which was perfect for me. I was away everyday working so couldn't explore much, but it was convenient to have a couple of restaurants on site. I ordered from Arabiska (Juha's recommendation); it has good food and delivers to the boat.

I was welcomed by Juha at Arabiska restaurant at the Palm West Marina. His yacht is located there. We met for Arabic coffee. He explained everything about the yacht, as well as about local tips of what to discover. I was able to join him for some sailing as well, which was an amazing experience. The yacht was clean, the marina is nice and quiet. The buggy service was convenient from the parking area to the yacht. The marina shower and bathroom were nice, clean and new. Juha's yacht is very close to West Beach beach boulevard on the Palm Jumeirah. Nakheel Mall is nearby, less than 10 minutes walk away. I can highly recommend the location as well as his yacht.
