洛杉矶 · 整套民居 · 2室3床1.0卫 · 可住6人 · Near Downtown! Cheerful & Bright 2-bedroom house
Located smack in the middle of everything, our freshly updated home in City Terrace is a safe and quiet space amidst the bustle of LA. One of the best kept secrets in LA, and 10 minutes east of Downtown LA, our neighborhood boasts a vibrant chicano culture and killer taco trucks. Whether you're a "work-from-home" nomad or vacationing in the City of Angels our home is a great hub to cook, relax or get some sun. This was our first home in LA. A few years ago, we moved to a different house (in the same hood) to make room for our growing family- but still call this side of town home. The property is a cozy 2 bedroom home with all of your basic amenities. The yard though, is pretty impressive and quirky- with a great deck for eating outside. Given the property is built in the San Gabriel mountain foothills, the lot is terraced (lower- where the yard is) middle (where the home is). There is a set of stairs with a handrail that connects the lot. Easy (and free) street parking is always readily available.
Small but cute home. Parking can be a little difficult but otherwise a great experience. I would highly recommend staying here.
Rien à signaler Joli appartement très propre et permettant un accès facile aux spots importants de LA
I stayed at Ryan's place with 4 adults and 1 children for 3 nights, for a visit of LA. it's a cute house with all the amenities you need, in a quiet neighborhood. it was perfect for our stay! I would stay there again!
We live in The City Terrace Neighborhood- a quiet little urban retreat amidst the bustle of LA. Originally established in the 1930/40s as a Japanese and Jewish community, City Terrace boasts awesome Chicano culture filled with colorful murals and at least 30 great taco stands (we've tried almost all of them).
The house is also very centrally located with easy access to multiple freeways . Many of LAs largest attractions are under 10 miles away (crypto arena , Dodgers stadium, Disney Hall, USC, LA Memorial Colosseum, Chinatown).
The local drag (not yet overrun by hipsters) hosts a cute coffee shop/cafe, grocery store, library, great public park, and a few other fantastic looking I places just about to open their doors.
Of course, you could just stay in for the evening too. Our hill is a "local secret" for some of the best views in LA. Grab a glass of wine and walk the hills at sunset to see 360 views of Downtown, The Hollywood Sign, the San Gabriel Mountain range, all the way south to Long Beach. Oh yea, and free firework shows during Dodger Season.
An important note: if you’ve never been to urban Los Angeles, or a large city of this size, it may feel quite different than a suburban residence. While we are located in urban Los Angeles (next to a blue ribbon elementary school, and less than half a mile away from the sheriffs dispatch), it is important to note that you may see things like people loitering the streets in the evenings, people experiencing homelessness, graffiti, and other things you may not normally see In a suburban setting. This is all fine, normal, and generally very safe. However, if you feel uncomfortable, do not hesitate to reach out to us so that we may address your concerns.
The neighborhood is quite hilly (the foothills of the San Gabriel mountains). But you are VERY close to the 710 and 10 freeways.
