Well maintained single house with private entry. Centrally located to many famous attractions, such as downtown LA, Hollywood, Universal Studio, Disneyland, different beaches. Coffee maker, micro oven, stove, fridge, toaster in the kitchen. Four queen beds sleep eight and one sofa bed sleeps one (Length 67.5"). The private drive way provides up to three parking space. The property located in the downtown of the city, it is in a walking distance to bus stops, supermarkets, and many restaurants.

Sunny’s place was perfect for our large family! With 4 bedrooms, all 7 of us fit comfortably. There was a cute backyard play place for my daughter, a big couch for us to lounge on, and a good sized dining room table where we played cards together. We were lucky enough to be there when the 2 citrus trees were fruiting and ripe as well for fresh fruit! The Asian shops and restaurants were walkable so we didn’t have to drive to get food if we didn’t want to. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We felt right at home with comfortable beds! The location was perfect for us to get to Disney, Universal, Griffith observatory, & visit our cousins near the ocean. Everything was just what we needed!
Amazing neighborhood, great yard space lol the cat was my good buddy, we named him Bruno. But the interior was giving Top Tier vibes.
