Great one level airbnb. It is an apartment complex so if you're sensitive to having neighbors this place is not for you. It feels very safe. There was a problem with one bathroom on arrival but it was fixed within 24 hours. Host is very responsive and proactive. Basic kitchen, but that was fine for us because we mostly did take out. Has window unit A/C's. I would stay here again! Thank you!

Host was responsive & very respectful ! I had an issue where I had an appointment later in the day as I am not from the area, he help by accommodating my schedule for my stay ! I had a few guest with me as he does have a ring camera. He didn’t mind as long as we respected his property. Everything was very clean so I think the cleaning fee is very accurate and worth it ! I would definitely be booking with him again ! Thank you so much.

Jason is very responsive on all messages. The place is very clean. The bathrooms look like just finished remodeling. The neighborhood is very quiet for a good night rest after a tiring long day. very close to Costco & Ranch 99. Private parking spot behind the house is a plus in LA. will stay again.
