Great place to stay with friends or family. The space is larger than it looks and accommodated 10 people very well. The house, pool area and dock were all very nice and relaxing. Very enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay. It was xmas week and they even had a small tree. Plenty of room for everyone and very clean. The manager was very nice. There was a problem with the heating system on the pool. They offered us the use of the pool next door. Good location to Busch Gardens.

Family gathered here for Thanksgiving holiday. Very spacious. We felt right at home. We are looking forward to booking this site again.

Perfect place to share with a couple other out of town families for a sports tournament. Due to our travel and tournament schedule we needed an early check-in and late check-out and Sutton was able to make accommodations for us with a reasonable additional fee. Place was large, clean and had all the necessities. Would definitely stay there again.
