Chel’s house is a great find. Beautiful view! Great lake access and close to boat rentals. The home is well appointed, comfortable and spacious. It’s in a great neighborhood. We would definitely visit again!

Great place as Lanier is a fun lake. Plenty to do and being able to use the beach and swim by the dock is pretty neat!

Lovely home for a family vacation! The owner was very communicative and made the check-in and check out process very easy! We loved being able to bring our dogs and enjoy our time outside overlooking the beautiful lake Lanier!

The views from the property on every level are gorgeous! The property is also very secluded—great evenings on the deck around the fire pit. Enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing on the upper deck of the boat dock and kayaking. The house is large, clean and is full of creature comforts. There were some last-minute fees, one mis-disclosed and one not disclosed which Chel worked with me on and they have since resolved on their listing. Also, some checkout info I didn’t receive until I had already left the property. Something to be aware of if you are splitting the cost, the small bathroom to the master downstairs is not attached. The trip down and back to the dock was a real hike—we all had sore legs the next day and the driveway is one of the steepest drives I have ever encountered. Our car wheels spun a bit upon leaving since it was wet after the rains. We felt this price-point should have included the hot tub but in all, we had a wonderful weekend and we would recommend this property.
