The large windows facing Lake Lanier and Holiday Marina as well as vaulted ceilings make this house truly special. The master bedroom has lovely views of the lake at sunrise as well as its own private deck that has just been redone. We have three upstairs bedrooms and an additional room on the terrace level that has a queen bed. The terrace level room with a bed has exterior access and nice views of the lake as well. The terrace can operate as it's own area with it's separate living room, bathroom, an Xbox One, foosball table, and an air hockey table bedroom, for larger groups or multiple families. The upstairs bedroom with the bunk beds also has a twin trundle that can be pulled out. Each of the rooms has a smart tv and several streaming services available, as well as YouTubeTV for live television and cable. The deck has a new propane fire table, propane grill, as well as new Adirondack chairs for enjoying the view, making s'mores, or enjoying a meal. The downstairs terrace has a hot tub overlooking Lake Lanier for unwinding in the evening.
