When we booked in November, the listing DID NOT state that this was Erika and her families primary residence. I was not aware of this until the week before we left and Erika messaged saying that the refrigerator would have their things in it because the house was their primary residence. I was very disappointed to find the refrigerator containing much of their food and the freezer was completely full. The closets were packed with their clothes. No room to hang our clothes. The bathrooms were full of their things and had no curtain on the bathroom window. I honestly felt that they had just grabbed a few of their things and left. The space above the garage was used for my son, his wife and young son. The air conditioner unit did not cut it. It was extremely warm for them. The Airbnb listing needs to state that it is the owners primary residence. This was by far our most disappointing Airbnb experience. This is sad because it was supposed to be a vacation for our family.

Our family needed a spot for a reunion that included 7 of us. Erika’s home exceeded our expectations in every way. Not only was it clean and allergy/dust free, it was just beautiful. The beds were comfortable with crisp linens. The kitchen was modern and spacious. We spent a good deal of time on the deck that overlooked a peaceful backyard. Erika checked in by email periodically to see if we needed anything. We would highly recommend this property and hope to visit again.
