My family had a great time staying at the beautifully decorated Sapphire Star! We were able to walk to the beach, the playground, the marina and the downtown area. My three grandsons (16 month old, 4 and 6) were able to run around in the big backyard while we sat in the comfortable outside sitting area. We would definitely stay here again.

Tim and Julie’s home was absolutely stunning! I highly recommend their place! The house was beautifully decorated and felt so welcoming. The wrap around porch was wonderful to sit on for breakfast and sunset dinner views over the lake. Im really picky when it comes to beds but the beds in the house were so comfortable, I didn’t want to get out of bed. I have food allergies so a clean kitchen is important to me. This kitchen was pristine and I truly appreciate that!! Tim and Julie left local wine from DC wineries which was wonderful touch. Tim was very responsive via text and I even messaged them about where they purchased some of their home decor because they inspired me! I will be back again this summer! 5 stars!!

Our stay at Sapphire Star was amazing! Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. From the decor, cleanliness, coziness, beautiful views, location and space, I couldn’t have found anything more perfect in Door County to celebrate my 40th birthday with my family! Tim and Julie were very accommodating and friendly as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house and great location. House is well stocked and comfortable and was very clean for our visit. Location is very convenient - right next to the water of Sturgeon Bay and able to walk to many of the activities in the downtown area. Nearby park has playgrounds, tennis, and a small beach which is perfect for smaller children. Overall a great stay.
