Magnolia House Miami, The house is a spacious 4 bedroom/2 bathroom, completely updated. Close to Miami Airport, Cruise Port, South Beach, Little Havana, Coral Gables, all hot spots & major attractions. Relax in your own private oasis the patio features a large Gazebo, Pool w/Water Slide & a saltwater filter pool system, which eliminates harch chlorine chemicals. Brazilian BBQ, Sunbeds & lots of outside seating & tables. Ample parking & High speed WiFi. The patio is fenced in for maximum privacy. Magnolia House is situated right in the center of Miami, in a very safe neighborhood, featuring a large private backyard with a large gazebo and a salt water filter pools system which eliminates harch chlorine from the water. A Brazilian BBQ grill which works with charcoal, sunbeds, dominos, outdoor dining tables and lots of seating. You can enjoy this private home with a pool, large private patio, completly fenced in, fully stocked kitchen and lots of amenities in a private setting, not having to share space with anyone else. At night the patio with its bistro lighting and the pool lights, give the place a beautiful ambience that you can enjoy into the evening. Enjoy great BBQ cookouts, play Dominoes, or just relax and sunbathe by the pool in the spacious private outdoor area. (There is also a pool safety fence at the property if needed). We do not allow events with loud music at the property. The house can accommodate large groups and big families. We do not charge additional fees based on extra guests and have a set price per day, which averages out to a very reasonable daily rate. We are 15 minutes to Miami Airport and close to the Cruise Port, South Beach, Little Havana, Downtown Miami. We are also close to lots of restaurants and nightlife, as well as The Everglades, The Florida Keys, Coral Gables and Wynwood Design District to name a few. Dolphin Mall is close by and we are 5 minutes to several shops such as Wal-Mart, Publix Supermarket and CVS. The home has a keyless entry door code, so you don't have the worry of losing keys and allows for a contactless check-in We have high speed internet/WiFi and the TV's have streaming services. The living room, dining room and kitchen are open concept, with a view to the pool and patio. The kitchen is large with stainless steel appliances, fridge, oven, microwave etc and is well stocked with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils, pots & pans, cups, glasses, plates and flatware etc. There are 2 bathrooms, both with glass enclosed showers, which are supplied with shampoo/body wash & conditioner. Bedroom #1 - 1 King Bed with TV and closet Bedroom #2 - 1 Queen Bed and 1 Queen over Queen bunk bed. This room has a TV Bedroom # 3 - 1 Queen bed, and 1 Queen over Queen bunk bed. This room has a TV Bedroom #4 - 1 Queen bed and TV The living room has plenty of seating and a 65" TV. The home has central A/C and ceiling fans throughout. Towels, sheets, quilts & pillows are provided, as well as an iron & ironing board and a hairdryer. We also have a Pac & Play crib with mattress and a high chair. Upon check-in, you will access the Guest Book with recommendations for several restaurants and bars and neighborhood destinations. Please be advised we have a Ring camera in the front outside of the property facing the driveway for security purposes. There are no other cameras anywhere else on the property whatsoever.
