Host was fantastic. Place was perfect for us. Very easy to communicate with. everything was exactly as they said and very clean. Would stay here again in the future. Already recommended it for a friend headed that way.

Had a great stay. Within walking distance of plenty of things to do. Stayed for ultra music festival and always found it easy to get to and from the festival from the home. The train could be an issue for someone looking for a quiet stay in Miami… but it’s Miami, don’t ever expect quiet. Overall great place to stay

My family of 5 really enjoyed staying here. Place was impeccable, beautifully furnished and well maintained. Great room distribution. The only negative was the proximity to the tram and the resulting noise. However, in the end, it was acceptable to us. If someone is very sensitive to noise and its impact on sleep, you might want to consider other options. We would certainly stay here again due to the niceness and location of the unit. I do recommend that the owner add a toaster and a drip coffee maker. They do provide an espresso machine, but it would be great to have the drip coffee maker so once can make 10-12 cups at a time versus single servings of expresso. But again, we really enjoyed staying here and would consider staying here again.

Beautiful home, looks just like the pictures. The only negative is the train line behind the house.
