Modern townhome in Coconut Grove with a good layout. All the bedrooms on one level is great and worked really well for our family of five. Pool was great for the kids but a little chilly for the parents. Overall, a nice place that is a short drive into Coconut Grove.

Excellent property. Near a main road to easily get to the airport, downtown, or Miami Beach. Kitchen was very well stocked with every type of cooking appliance you could need. The amenities were perfect. Single car garage if you have a rental, perfect little pool in the yard that gets great sunlight, and plenty of space in all the bedrooms and bathrooms.

JC was lovely throughout. We had trouble finding things, but they were all there. The backyard plunge pool was too cold for me, but others found it refreshing. It provided a lovely setting to sit and talk in the evening. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which is very convenient. Not much in this quiet residential neighborhood, but we could easily walk to Walgreen's for supplies and it was about a 25 minute walk to the Shops at Merrick.
