Perfect location for a quick getaway. The unit was beautifully decorated and very comfortable to stay in. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making it an easy experience from check-in to check-out, and that was much appreciated.

My husband and I spent 3 nights here while visiting family and running errands. This will be our new go-to place to stay. Had everything we needed and gave us a nice getaway.

Matt's loft was cozy and really well located—a quick walk to downtown Bracebridge. We came for a short visit to explore the Fire and Ice festival and it really was perfect. (We could even see the fireworks from the window!) The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Matt gave very clear and helpful instructions (with photos), so check-in and checkout were seamless. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits to the area. Thanks Matt!

We had a decent stay, but did find that the furniture in the unit was quite dusty and had a corresponding smell to them—we were all sneezing the whole week, including our infant! Unfortunately, having stayed at more than 50 Airbnbs in the past, Matt’s loft has been the only Airbnb we've ever stayed at where they charge for late checkout any longer than two hours. This is despite the listing showing that there was no reservation for 15 days that followed our checkout date, and Matt said that he had to go in to clean at noon and had no other time (checkout time listed as 10 am). I found that surprising as he has 3 other active listings in the area. He “offered” us to leave our bags on the outdoor deck despite the listing saying there is “luggage storage for late checkout”, and said that we should have paid for extra time. Wish he was able to be more accommodating hence my descriptive review-for others to be aware of. I would provide a rave review if it was deserved. Great location.
