This cottage was perfect for our getaway! Loved the fully stocked kitchen, glass porch area, and outdoor space! The host is proactive and responsive to meet your needs. Linens and furnishings were comfortable. Gas grill was nice to have. Nice little beach area with a solo stove for toasty fire pit time. Watching the sunset from the back porch area was perfect! The host reached out prior to our stay and asked if we needed anything. They had the requested patio furniture out when we arrived. It had been cold and rainy for a few days before we arrived. The heat was taking a while to get the space to comfortable (colder than usual April weather). I reached out to ask if I was using the heating system correctly. When we returned from dinner that evening, there were two new space heaters on the door step. The heat actually reached a comfortable level by that time, but the caring guest ire was greatly appreciated.

One of if the most beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing Airbnb's we've ever stayed at. If you want peace, quiet and beauty, this is it. Oh, and if you want to swim, kayak, fish, you can do that too. We used the cabin as our home base for exploring some of the area's historical sites, and live coming back to the cabin at the end of the day. My wife now wants to live there (but only in the Fall)!

The cottage was very nice, and Amy was an amazing host. To our surprise she sent us a message that we could check in 6 hours early! So, we took advantage, and it was like we were given an extra day at the cottage for free!

Our family reunion was at Sodus Bay, and this cottage was perfect. Beautiful view and very comfortable. Would definitely return.

We had a wonderful quiet stay, enjoyed the beauty and ever changing views and coloration of the lake and sky. it was just the peaceful escape we needed. thanks Amy for sharing your beautiful family home
