just walking distance to Patnem beach. Room was neat and clean. exactly matched description and photos. Nanoo as host is very helpful and responsive. we were coming to Goa from Mumbai and we reached the place around 10.30. Even though check-in time is 2 pm, Nanoo accomodate us. he also manages restaurant at beach Do try food at Om Shanti restaurant which is just left when you enter patnem beach.

We loved our stay at Naidoos place. The photos do not do it justice. The room is really spacious, bright and modern with great internet connection. As I was working from home, this was really important for me. The room was cleaned every day and the staff were always willing to help. This was one of our best Air B and B stays whilst travelling in Goa and we will definitely be back soon :-)

Very helpful host 🤗 whether it was a room clean, advice on the area/trips nanoo was there to support promptly. Even when I was sick, nanoo helped to get me food and essentials delivered. The location is also prime for patnem, not too loud but still in the heart of patnem.
