PROS Best location at this rate, Almost feels like u have an exclusive beach private compound and carpark, can chill outside with friends till whatever time, neighbours are quite far , as long as u r not blasting music from party speakers u should be okay Helpful that the property manager also runs a restaurant nearby, which has good food at reasonable cost and beer too is given with a small markup only you can access the restaurant through a walk in the beach the beach is well maintained and super clean, and is ideal to take bath and has lifeguard on duty till dark cons no cons as such, just a small recommendation, if property is done up a little, it would be much better. but then I don't think this cost would available don't expect a hotel experience, it's a middle class family home rented to party PPL all the time so keep that in mind if u need en suite bathroom and classy lighting this is not for u but for us this was the absolute best, thanks you.

This house has a great view but that’s all!!! 10/10 to the host, wilbert! 10/10 to Deepak ji 3/10 to the house! There are no boundry walls, so you can have cows and stray dogs coming inside. Bathrooms are not attached and in a very poor condition. One of them is way too small to have a shower. Windows are jammed, most of them The 2nd bedroom is way to small to even breathe. Has absolutely no space to walk around. There is just one AC in the living room so one has to make do. Beach is great. Location of the house is just right.

Extremely gorgeous place. The pictures are unable to describe the place. Perfect for unwinding or a workation with hi speed wifi connectivity. Kitchen is extremely well equipped, complete with wine glasses. The Deepiksha bar and restaurant is just a phone call way and food is homely and value for money. The host keeps on checking every other day to make sure if all is fine. In short, one of the few places in Goa with a full specced kitchen bang on the beach.

the stay was good but the place was not maintained properly ,there were cockroaches in the kitchen. It is on the beach, that is the best part.
