Pros: 1. Location is superb and bang on the river 2. Co hosts Axel and care taker Sushant are courteous and helpful Cons: 1. No inverter in the property. We had to go through the ordeal of power failure at night with kids around and it wasnt a good experience. 2. The river front space is shared by guests from other properties in the same compound . And the owners are also staying up stairs with absolutely no privacy till mid night. As good as staying in a hotel and not an airbnb. 3. There is construction activity going on in the property premise. Lots of workers during the day , which has made the whole stay seem like a construction site. Gravel at the entrance and other construction material all around.(Should have been mentioned) 4. One of the bedrooms and living room doesnt have AC ( not mentioned in listing) 5. Adjoining one of the bedrooms is another property listed by same hostand is separated by plywood. Noise from the guests kept us awake past 1 am.Not mentioned in listing

We had a very nice and peaceful time here. Will definitely recommend. I think the only thing to note is that instructions to reach from the highway could have been clarified ahead of time as it was a bit tricky. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Axel and Sushant exemplified exceptional hospitality, always ready to assist whenever required. My friends expressed heartfelt gratitude for introducing them to this idyllic side of Goa—a sanctuary of peace, serenity, and breathtaking vistas overlooking the river from our accommodation. Hopefully more to come in the future.

Our stay at this river-facing 3bhk property was absolutely fantastic! The place was not only good but also well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout our stay. It boasted all the amenities we could ask for, making our stay truly comfortable and convenient. With spacious rooms and ample seating areas, it can easily accommodate group of 6+ people without feeling cramped. Whether it was cooking in the well-equipped kitchen or enjoying the scenic views from the balcony, every moment spent here was delightful. The manager was incredibly courteous and ensured that all our needs were met promptly. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone planning a group getaway.
