Aldo it's an excellent host deserving of his super host status. The place is exactly or better than the photos. The neighborhood is in the old downtown and a "funky," but very safe and quiet. It's an easy Uber ride or drive to the Riverwalk and other features of San Antonio. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean. The carport is a nice feature. It was nice to have a washing machine and a kitchen. Aldo was very helpful and responsive. The outdoor space is a real plus and fun to use. We did not use the grill but there is one available. There were sandwich shops, a coffee shop and a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. We especially recommend La Fonda . The only caveat that I have about this rental at all is that the internet speed is slow. If you are going to do work for business and need to stream such as Zoom, etc, you will fare better if you set up a Wi-Fi hotspot with your telephone in order to keep your call/meeting from going off repeatedly. Well done, Aldo!

Our group stayed at the Urban Spot for a weekend and it was everything we needed/wanted. Check-in was easy and the space was very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The area was close to restaurants and nightlife, but was also quiet and peaceful. We were happy with how convenient it was to get to and from the Spurs game we attended as well. Aldo was an excellent host! He was very responsive and gave clear instructions for check in/check out as well as local recommendations for activities and places to eat. I would highly recommend the Urban Spot for anyone traveling to San Antonio!
