Elisa’s house was exactly as advertised. She was extremely accommodating especially for our last minute booking. The house was spotless and exactly what we needed. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future! Note: Floorboards are creaky but was no issue for us as everyone was a heavy sleeper.

To start, the house was stunning and filled with charm! The vintage gas stove, original doors, and honeycomb tiling in the bathrooms captivated this historians heart, making it hard to leave! The experience was delightful, and our host was exceptional in their communication. Their detailed binder provided clear instructions, ensuring an stress-free check-out. The only caveat was the slightly rough neighborhood, but it only left the house itself to stand out all the more. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem for your next visit to San Antonio, especially if you appreciate history—it's sure to steal your heart!

I like old houses, but I found out my sister doesn't. It was charming and squeaky and had a few funky things.. plenty of room for the 5 of us.. gas stove.. nice porch with 2 lovely front gardens across the street. We do wish there was a dishwasher. (How clean are the dishes from the people before?) It was so nice of her to drop off a Crock-Pot for us, on request.

Elisa's place was so eclectic, clean and had all the items we needed for a stay in San Antonio. The kitchen had enough plates, utensils, cooling equipment and kitchen extras one needs for cooking and making meals-- which is what we did at the house. We enjoyed their backyard dining table and their front porch seats. There were enough towels, blankets and homey items to make the place cozy. She even had a notebook of things to do around the area and restaurants nearby. And all this close to downtown and all the activities in San Antonio. We'll be back and we'll use their house again.

Elisa was a great host with a beautiful place. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place to stay in San Antonio. Absolutely loved it!
