We had a great stay here. The house was cozy and the wood fired stove/hot tub were crowd favorites, along with the litany of awesome antiques and memorabilia found throughout the house. Seth was friendly, extremely responsive, and accommodating. I’d love to come back, and so would anybody in my group.

The place was pretty cool if you’re into old homes that make you feel at home. Close to sunday river and it had some pretty cool old gadgets there. My favorite was the 5 disc CD changer with NOW thats what i call Music, 1 through 28!!!

Amazing place to stay!! Seth was so responsive and kind. The place was very clean and they even had a fire started for us when we arrived. Couldnt recommend it more!

Our farmhouse stay was disappointing. The heat didn't work well, leaving the house cold. The pictures were outdated and misleading, as the house was cluttered with an abundance of plants and furniture not shown. There was moldy food in cabinets, fruit flies, and we had to wash dishes before using them. Bedding was not regularly washed and some sheets kept shifting. The house was connected to another residence without clear indication. Dust from clutter worsened allergies. The host seems accommodating but the house needs decluttering, regular cleaning and food removal after each stay to meet standard rental expectations.
