Place was incredible and couldn't have been a better stay for sunday river. Host was very responsive when we had an issue with the hot tub and helped us figure it out almost immediately.

Davis place was perfect for our group of skiers. We found the kitchen to have all the utensils and pots/pans to cook a big meal for everyone after our first ski day. The hot tub was nice for an after-ski day dip, and the proximity of 10 minutes to the mountain was too convenient. The living room was a great space to play cards and board games together too.

Our ski group really enjoyed staying at David’s. We had a big group and all 13 of us had a bed (albeit some were bunks). The hot tub was a nice touch and great to use after a long ski day at Sunday River. Would recommend for a large group! We did ask about late checkout and didn’t get a response, but otherwise check in and check out were easy.

Awesome place with all the amenities. Fully stocked kitchen with all the supplies you could possibly want, except a coffee pot? While it sleeps 13, there isn't a ton of common space for that many people. We had 10 of us and there was just enough space for all of us in the living room. Hot tub was great!
