Very nice convenient stop off on the way back up North just off the A1. Very spacious comfy room with a nice field out the back to walk the dog. Had a lovely hot bath before a very satisfying meal in lovely surroundings. Catered for my coeliac partner very carefully and they even had gluten free lager. Comfortable nights sleep with a nice hot shower in the morning. Definitely will use this place again to break a long journey up North or South of the A1
