Ella and William are really nice people and work hard to ensure you're comfortable and enjoy your stay, whatever you need, all you have to do is ask. Everything was exactly as, or better than advertised. To say they're Super Hosts would be an understatement, top notch in everyway. We hope to see them again next year. Shawn & Dawn

Ella and William’s place was not only the perfect setting for our sheltering needs, they did a fantastic job of meeting our personal needs. We have some significant allergies and had several items we needed to know and/or have cleared before we could be commit to our stay. Ella and William not only answered our questions quickly and professionally, every statement they made about their place was accurate when we arrived. They were true in their representation of their place and that made it so nice for the actual stay. We were especially pleased with the accessibility, the kitchen area, the washer/dryer, the quiet environment and the location that was never more than 10 minutes from any store or restaurant we needed. We had zero upset conditions or surprises that can happen with some Airbnb’s. If we come to Mesa/Gilbert again we will be reserving this place. 10/10!!!

It was fine, but a list of “little things” seemed to distract - shower door leaks badly, only single ply toilet tissue supplied, no kitchen sink plug and only the “spray” type dish soap (which is just a wasteful, bad idea), a continually spraying (every hour) room deodorizer dispenser that was quickly overwhelming , only a few kitchen knives, that were all dull except one small one. The private pool was around the corner and occupied pretty much the whole backyard, felt like intruding. It was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Location was absolutely perfect. Convenient to many stores and restaurants. Short trip to old Downtown Gilbert. Close to many hiking areas. Very safe neighborhood for walking and biking. We loved the access to the fitness center. Hosts were very respectful, accommodating and responsive. We would stay here again in the future.
