The view from this place is incredible!! Small little boutique hotel, Adam was so nice!! Also, fantastic proximity to the Royal Gorge Bridge! It was a bit of a ways out of town for food and groceries if that is important to you, about 8 miles! Not a con for us but maybe for some guests, the bathroom is kind of tiny if you’re a larger person!

The location is AMAZING! The only thing they don’t tell you is that it is connected to a family home. That didn’t bother us, but would’ve been nice to know. It would’ve been nice to have a microwave but wasn’t necessary. Overall, it’s a great place to wind down after a long day at Royal Gorge!

One of the best boutique motels I’ve been too. From the moment you walk in, everything is spotless & smells great. You can tell the owners put a lot of love & pride into the place (what an Airbnb should be!). I love how everything inside is locally sourced - from the soap to the coffee to the artwork. Again, you can tell how much they love the property & their community. The back patio is phenomenal. Unbeatable views. The propane heater, propane fire pit, & string lights were perfect at night. I ran into one of the owners while sipping my morning coffee, & he was happy to provide some plenty of local recommendations. Cell service + Wi-Fi were strong enough for my basic browsing / Internet needs. This particular room didn’t have a microwave inside, but they have them available upon request.
