Maraya and Brett were wonderful hosts, they were quick to respond to any questions we had. We could not have asked for a nicer or cleaner place to stay. everything worked perfectly and it was in great location. if you're looking to stay in Fairbanks I would highly recommend here!

has amenities such as the hot tub, fire pit, ping pong table/pool table, that you can take advantage of if you decide you stay in or enjoy after activities during the day. we didn't use any since it happened to be super cold (for us) the days we were there and we ended up being busy with activities but we chose the place for these specific amenities. also in general as an FYI alaska water is more sulfury than other places so if you feel the water smells differently, it's just the water system and not the place! the place was very clean and tidy and we enjoyed the plush beds and extra blankets to wrap ourselves in while watching movies on the couch at night. in a neighborhood a few min outside of town, very quiet and felt safe. highly recommend!

This home was perfect for a relaxing post wedding getaway and exploring both Fairbanks and the North Pole areas. Maraya was so helpful with recommendations and had great communication. She is the best host we have ever had! She went above and beyond to make sure that we felt right at home and taken care of during our stay. The hot tub was perfect for enjoying the March nights. We will definitely stay here again!

First of all, I'm a stickler for good service! Maraya far exceeded our expectations and MORE with her prompt replies, friendly hosting, useful tips and hands-on knowledge about all the nearby surroundings and thank you for sharing your beautiful Aurora photo prints! Your place was spacious, well-designed, impeccably clean, the kitchen was well-stocked with all the flatware, serving dishes and cooking utensils you'd ever need. The beds were very plush and comfortable and the hot tub was absolutely perfect! For my wife's birthday, she wanted to catch the Northern Lights and we literally caught it an hour and a half before leaving for the airport! Thank you Maraya and Brett for making our stay in North Pole one to never forget! We can't wait to come back again next year! With sincere gratitude, Rich, Leslie and Joey!!

Maraya’s space was lovely and clean! The kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, darts and ping pong. We had such a fantastic time!
