House was great and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Richard was a great host. Due to sudden changes to my families reservation, they didn't have a place to stay during our week long vacation. Richard let us bring 3 additional guests, 6 in total, without issue. Very friendly and helpful. Many thanks.

Because greater LA area is such a big county, my friends and I decided to divide the LA into east and west. This house is very close to downtown LA taking only 10 minutes drive. The house is located in the residential area, making us stay in a safe and quiet environment. The host to reach out offers as many things and he is very quick to answer. Overall, my friends and I really loved this day and if you ever visit LA again, we would really like to stay here.

Richard's house in Alhambra is an incredible and very comfortable place. It is well equipped with whatever you might need, from personal hygiene and cleaning items, kitchen utensils and board games. The neighborhood is very quiet and is close to a public park with a playground for those who are traveling with children. Besides that, the house is excellent for anyone thinking of renting a car to travel to the touristic places of Los Angeles and nearby cities as it is located just a few minutes away from these regions. Richard was always very helpful and kind. We will definitely come back again to Richard’s place when we are in Los Angeles!
